都喺息息相關~

有個開心既mental

相同都會有個健康既Physical

今日去左搽鐵打~

成個人舒服曬~

事關前幾日，由於很久沒有運動

一訓醒就沖住佢踢波

跟住就扭柴~周身痛~。

依幾日都應該會流響屋企療傷.

醫師勸我早D訓~

加上我都幾聽話~

所以到此停手~
